They serve both Chinese and Japanese dishes. Generous servings that come in big platters so its well worth the money you paid for it. Clean, spacious and great friendly customer service. Outside seating perfect on a warm sunny day.

The food is so delicious. So much so that we came back twice in 10 days. I was a little disappointed that they turned the light down 15 minutes before closing. That kind of surprised me. Sushi is not cheap, and the food is worth it, but don't rush your customers off, especially when there's cleaning and stocking to do. I was a waitress for years and always let the last customers linger while I was cleaning and stocking tables. I simply locked the door at closing. Either way, the food is good. Just don't go too close to closing...

Yesterday 6-4-25 was our first visit to this restaurant we heard about from a friend. Everyone on the staff was very accomodating and friendly to us. We were a party of three for lunch; myself, my wife and my wife's mother from Brooklyn who happens to have some high standards for a Chinese restaurant and chinese food, the national cuisine for Jews everywhere. Mom ordered the honey prawns lunch special, My wife ordered Orange Chicken and I ordered on the Japanese side of the menu getting the number two roll or "Dream come True". The Japanese side of the menu was why I kept insisting that we try the place because I am ALWAYS down for Sushi. My wife and her mother are diehard Chinese devotees. The two restaurants we always compare chinese food to are the commercial but consistently serviceable Panda Express and our favorite high end Chinese special occasions restaurant in Lafayette, Uncle Yu's. I know a good sushi roll by the panic that creeps in when I am down to the last two pieces knowing it will soon be over. It had crab salad inside with avocado and the outside was lined with unagi, fish eggs and a wonderful sticky salty sweet caramel colored sauce. I was in heaven. I slipped the sushi guy a fiver. Awesome. My mother in law gave me two bites of her honey prawns. The had a crispy fried crunch on the outside but were meaty, tender and juicy on the inside. The sauce was the best we ever had with a niced portion of sweet, salty walnuts. The shrimps served we huge, like baby lobster tails. Amazing. My wife's orange chicken was amazing. Hot, crunchy and soft inside and the sauce was again, the best we could remember. The restaurant itself was small and intimate. They could probably seat up to forty at most. The ceiling were exposed duct works, and ceiling fans suspended above most of the tables. The kitchen was small and in the back and the sushi chef ran his own operation in an island kiosk at the front. Thue place was not slick and pretentious. It felt like a family place that was easy to relax in.My only negative impression was my chair which felt quit ready to collapse as I leaned back in it which I learned to stop doing. That chair needs to go. Otherwise it was an epic experience and we all vowed to come back, agreeing that after long searching, we had found our special place to go to! 6-15-25 Father's Day We went to Inishi Kitchen for Father’s Day Dinner. This was our second visit and every bit as good as the first visit for lunch and you can see my review of that from 6/4/25. I tried a different roll this time, the Lon King, a baked fish roll with crab salad and avocado inside and fish on the outside. It was served warm and dressed in a delicious Japanese barbecue sauce. Every bite was heaven. We also had their pork chow Mein, honey prawns and orange chicken. Again the portions were generous and delectable. The Honey Prawns had a lovely crunch on the outside and tender steaming meat on the inside. The sauce for the Orange Chicken was the best we could recall from anywhere. We met Andrea, Nancy and Morgan. They were so friendly that they made us feel like the regulars we are becoming. The service was swift and thorough and everyone was involved at our table. This restaurant is worth your time and money and I highly suggest you give it a try!

Good menu options are there for both Japanese and Chinese cuisine. Food is good, though haven't tried many options but Chicken Chow mien and spicy garlic chicken did well. Service was fast and definitely suggested to dine-in too as it offer good atmosphere. Overall nice Asian restaurant in neighborhood.

Food is served hot and customizable for vegan and vegetarian options. Service is fast. Only one person who took our order has smile on her face. Other employees were very grumpy and rude while serving dishes to the table. For example, When we ordered eggless vegetable fried rice, one of the servers slammed fried rice with egg on the table. I tried to mention that we ordered eggless, she rolled her eyes and left. When I showed it to the sweet lady who took our order, she took the dish back and made us eggless fried rice. Other than that, food was pretty good. Fried rice varieties tasted great. Kids loved chowmein. Eggplant tofu was amazing. Hot and sour soup was good too. Planning to try different vegetarian options here soon.
